01 / Individual Counseling

A steadier relationship with yourself.

Individual counseling offers space to understand anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, identity questions, and life transitions with care. We look at root causes and recurring patterns while building practical tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and personal growth.

Sessions are collaborative and paced around your needs. You do not need to have the perfect words or know exactly where to begin.

02 / Couples Counseling

Connection can be repaired.

Couples counseling supports partners who feel stuck in conflict, distance, disconnection, or repeated misunderstandings. Together, we slow down the cycle, strengthen communication, and make room for each person's needs and experience.

An attachment-based lens helps couples understand what is underneath the argument so they can practice trust, responsiveness, and relationship health.

03 / Child & Teen Counseling

Support for growing minds and hearts.

Children and teens communicate in many ways. Counseling can support emotional, behavioral, developmental, school, family, and peer challenges with age-appropriate care that honors the whole child.

Parents and caregivers are included in the process so the support around a young person becomes more connected, consistent, and compassionate.

04 / Group Therapy

Support and understanding, together.

Virtual group therapy offers a supportive option for people navigating anxiety and depression, with sessions held after regular business hours. The group is designed to foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming space where you can participate at your own pace. There is no pressure to perform or share before you feel ready; listening is welcome, too.

Rooted in mutual respect and shared learning, members can explore coping strategies, feel less alone, and practice building lasting, healthy relationships. Reach out to learn more about the group and whether it may be a good fit for you.

05 / Clinical Supervision

Supervision that deepens your clinical voice.

Clinical supervision for Associate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHCAs) throughout North Carolina who are seeking support, guidance, and professional growth. Supervision is more than meeting licensure requirements, it is a space to strengthen your clinical thinking, build confidence, and continue developing into the clinician you want to become.

We work on case conceptualization, diagnostic clarity, ethical decision-making, and professional identity, so you can practice with greater clarity, presence, and confidence.

06 / Professional Training

Training, consultation, and speaking engagements.

We offer professional trainings, consultation, workshops, and speaking engagements designed to deepen understanding, strengthen clinical practice, and support healthier individuals and communities.

Topics may include trauma-informed care, multicultural competency, intimate partner violence, mental health and wellness, mindfulness, healthy relationships, personal growth, and integrative approaches to emotional well-being.

Presentations and trainings are thoughtfully tailored to the needs of each audience, creating engaging opportunities for learning, reflection, and practical application. Interested in bringing Evolve to your organization or event? Contact us to discuss your needs and availability.

Our Approach

Integrative, attachment-based, trauma-informed.

Our approach addresses root causes rather than only surface symptoms. We blend trauma-informed, attachment-based, mindfulness, and integrative methods, and we tailor the work to you rather than fitting you to a method.
