Telehealth Services

All therapy services provided by Evolve Integrative Counseling are offered virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

To receive telehealth services:

Clients must be physically located in the state of North Carolina at the time of the session
Clients must provide accurate location and contact information
Clients must have access to a private space and reliable internet connection

Failure to meet these requirements may result in services being postponed or declined.

Scheduling, Contact Forms & Communications

Any contact forms, emails, or phone communications submitted through this website are intended for non-urgent administrative inquiries only.

Please do not share sensitive clinical information through contact forms or email. Clinical concerns should be addressed during scheduled appointments through our secure platform.

Insurance coverage varies by plan. Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, eligibility, and potential out-of-pocket costs.

Self-pay rates and policies are subject to change and will be communicated accordingly.
